Online NLP Courses

It seems that the way for the future is going to be on-line certainly for a lot of our learning. I am very excited about this. I see this as a means to create a new ‘normal’ for the future that is enriching and flexible

And so I am running my suite of NLP programmes online via Zoom. And they will be dynamic, interactive and challenging and of course fun .. And probably more important than most things right now – financially available to most people – a fraction of the price of a face to face programme. I want to make this learning available to anyone who wants to experience it.

Online Feedback

Unique is the word that best describes my experience of training with Sue. Unique in the way she runs programmes experientially, the way she communicates and makes time for each and every participate and the way she is as a person. Sue meets you where you are, sees your unique talents and guides you into discovering those for yourself. Transformational is the second best word. Who would have thought when I started the online practitioner course in May 2020, I would be assisting Sue on programmes now (October 2020)! This is testament to the high quality of Sue’s programmes.

The level of trust and belief Sue holds for all the trainers is remarkable. After the training programme I have had many opportunities to assist Sue online. In my experience, this is where I have confidently stepped into the role of trainer. Sue creates a community for trainers to share our experiences, learn from each other and have rich feedback sessions.

If you are looking for a programme to realise your potential as a trainer/facilitator, then I highly recommend Sue. Thank you Sue, you have a student for life now :).

Karen Baldwin, Life Coach

I spent this unprecedented quarantine time doing unprecedented things.

I never believed in learning online and I always favored face to face interactions. At the same time, I also know that doing things differently and stepping out of my comfort zone is the recipe for growth and development. And that’s exactly what I did as soon as I saw that Sue Knight is offering her NLP Practitioner course online. Little did I know that this journey wouldn’t stop at this level and I continued my learning journey towards my NLP Master Practitioner, NLP trainer training and the cherry on top was learning about provocative coaching (coaching with humor).

I kept on signing for each online program that Sue announces because I was learning a lot. Sue has a special way of sharing her deep knowledge in NLP; I dont think I will ever meet someone who isn’t impressed by Sue’s great work in the NLP world. I also was meeting people from all over the world and special guests that Sue invites, and I was supporting my coaching clients using different tools that I am learning on the programs.

Does it get any better than this?

Yes, As an NLP Trainer, I was asked to assist on Sue’s NLP Master Practitioner program that she offered and to present to the NLP Practitioner program. At this time, I felt I started reaping off all my learnings and I started sharing my knowledge with the participants while learning from each and everyone of them.

If you are interested in learning all about NLP, please look no further, SUE KNIGHT is the one!

Thank you Sue, I’m forever grateful and so looking forward to meet you in person, my quarantine buddy.

What I love about the online training is the  deep connection with so many at once and to be able to fully present with the group in the moment on an online platform is truly fascinating . How can we explain this phenomenon and do we need to , it is what it is and it is a truly powerful experience. You can feel the  energy of the group and the great connection and the fun and depth of experiential learning is profound . It is  my first time doing any training on a platform like this and it works remarkably well . As a for now full-time parent carer of a young adolescent with Down Syndrome and with ASD I didn’t imagine it was possible to be able to partake in this level of training and be fully committed to the  demands of my role as a parent but the flexibility of Sue and the other delegates accepting what happens in real time as any of our children briefly popped on the screen allowed for the learning platform to be both relaxed and flexible which is important for many of us in the changing times we are in now .

We have become very close as a group and continue to be and there is a great support network established now as we refine embed and expand our skills in NLP.  This is just the beginning of a great journey exploring  the heart of NLP with many like minded warm hearted people from all over the globe .

What an superb opportunity Sue offers to many through creating this great platform to learn ,  connect and become a great model of excellence too . It is truly a worthy investment in oneself which ripples out to many others , our families and the wider community at large .

Sue’s NLP courses have opened my eyes and changed my whole outlook on life.  They have taken me on the most incredible (sometimes uncomfortable!) journey of self discovery and growth as a mother and a person.  It has armed me with a raised awareness, tools and techniques that will support my next chapter as a Mindset and Wellbeing Coach/Facilitator.  I was unsure of how the Zoom sessions would work for this type of course… and they did brilliantly. Sue’s support crew ensures any technical issues are dealt with quickly and the breakout rooms provide the right environment to explore and experience learning in smaller groups.  I have met friends for life during these courses and many around me have seen positive changes.

I was first introduced to the magnificent Sue Knight in my early 20’s as I watched her as a motivational speaker. Earlier this year I decided to learn more about NLP following one of Sue’s former students taking me through some of the techniques carefully and compassionately in order to help me come to terms with a trauma that had haunted me for 17 years. Knowing how much it has helped me to disassociate from events that had triggered flashbacks for so long and finally be free of the intense emotions associated with them feels like a miracle.

The zoom sessions option enabled me to be able to ‘learn from the best’ as my mentor put it… and I am so glad I did.

Thank you Sue for everything.

The Trainer Training was something I decided to do because the opportunity arose during lockdown, I did not expect the depth of learning I have got and continue to get in such a short space of time. I was unsure how you could train a trainer remotely and in fact in many ways it has been more beneficial because of the diverse range of delegates and experience remote learning brings.  Being able to record and watch back practice sessions has meant we can see ourselves in action and allows us to reflect on our patterns and behaviours in a way that face to face training doesn’t offer.

The set up of the course, 2 weeks of experiential learning on zoom specifically for trainers and then assisting on other training courses via zoom has sped up the learning process.  The tutor and peer-to-peer support offline has been invaluable as we are able to share our learnings and receive feedback from each other in a supportive and safe space.  Being given the freedom to embody the learning whilst assisting has been the difference that has made a difference for me.

The online training with Sue and her team has been an absolutely beautiful journey. Experiencing each and every step with Sue and the rest of the group has been enriching and empowering. Throughout the training, I was able to explore different aspects in myself which, made me feel very comfortable to be in my shoes with the group. It has been like an eye opener for me. With the journey I realized that we all have the answers to our questions. All we need is few drops of awareness. The journey and the moments spent with the group will remain with me for a long time. Cheers to a new and insightful beginning!

(This feedback is from a delegate who attended the hybrid course (a mix of people attending in person with a group online)

The value for me of this recent experience is immense, and I believe has contributed to a significant improvement in my coaching capacity.

It has extended my awareness of patterns in myself and others

It built my confidence in my NLP knowledge and experience and has freed me from some lingering residual limiting beliefs.

Sue’s commitment to learning and refining her own coaching capabilities is exemplary and a model for us all, and has created this wonderful gift to all of us who are lucky enough to have access to her training.

The beauty of Sue’s environment and the generosity she showed in opening it up with trust to those of who attended in person, is something for which I am deeply grateful. It was truly so memorable, and a special reminder of the way we want the world to be.

The experience of joining in the wider group (in the afternoons) was also of great value in demonstrating the potential of online training, with its potential to reach a very significantly larger number of learners.

The mix of the in person small group of trainers and coaches with the wider online practitioners was for me very powerful, and I believe it has some valuable lessons for my own organisation – The Trust Connection

And finally, I know that as Sue continues to develop this blended approach there’s more for all of us to learn about integrating the different levels of knowledge and experience of the participants

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for including me in this experience

“The whole programme felt like a conversation between friends. Sue didn’t structure the learnings, but introduced them organically, led by the direction the group’s discussions naturally took. Which meant the whole thing felt very natural. It was a surprise just how much we’d covered by the end of it. ”
