The Courage To Teach

I recently ran the Build your Business with Love programme based on my experience of training for 40 years plus… Forty as an independent, and prior to that, years in the Corporate World working first in the Engineering School at English Electric Computers which became International Computers where I worked in their Management and Sales Training team.

 

However the big step for me was after I became independent, and when I trained in NLP. As well as the content of what I learned on that programme, it was the style of the trainers (mostly American) that just opened up a new world for me … And having explored the success of my business on that recent programme .. There is no doubt in my mind that what I inherited from those trainers has made all the difference for me in my business and in my teaching and my life.

 

As much (or maybe more) as the content of what I teach it is the way in which I teach which has made the difference for so many of my attendees. I am calling this The Courage to Teach based on the book of the same name by Parker J Palmer.  I will be running The Courage to Teach in October (3 days, 2½ hours a day start time 1400 GMT). This is ideally for anyone who is at the level of Trainer and wanting to shift your level of influence. The outcomes are below. Prior to joining the programme if you send me a short video of you starting a training session or you sharing your outcomes for a training or for attending this session I will give you feedback on your patterns. Not only that but I will address those patterns as part of the programme.
