About Sue

I have been practicing NLP for most of my professional life.  Excellence is what we often overlook or take for granted and NLP gives us the tools to discover and celebrate it within ourselves and others.  I am an NLP Master Trainer (one of the few in the world) and a High Performance Coach. I use humour as a coaching tool which I learned by studying with Frank Farrelly the master of Provocative Therapy for 20 years. It helps that I come from Liverpool!

I am the author of NLP at Work and the NLP and Leadership Manual. NLP at Work has been the forerunner to my work in many countries and is now translated into 27 languages. I wrote this book as an introduction to the ways in which NLP can be used in our personal and our work lives.

Through my work I support leaders (and we are all leaders in some way) to make a difference in the world; to pass on to future generations the qualities and skills that support peace, love and learning. I am a speaker, although my speaking sessions are invariably interactive rather than just talks.

At home I am a mum to two amazing sons who are making a difference in the world in their own unique ways and a grandmother to two beautiful little girls. I am an avid cyclist, regularly touring in India and France. When I am not travelling by bike I am travelling nonetheless by other means to see the world.

I hope that as you scan these pages that you find inspiration and the leads that you are looking for in your life and work. I hope to meet you.
