About Sue

Lesley McDonald
I first trained in NLP in 1999 and worked with a number of NLP trainers before completing my NLP Trainer Training with Sue, in India in 2007. Discovering Clean Language and Provocative Coaching during this training with Sue was game and life changing and took my understanding of NLP to a whole new level.
Sue’s ability to recognise and work with patterns in language and behaviour, in real-time, changed how I understood NLP and how I now use it with myself and in working with clients. I have assisted Sue during trainings in many different communities, cultures and countries and have gained a deeper appreciation of what it means to be human.
It seems that no matter who we are or where we live, our ability to communicate effectively, connect deeply, and to trust appropriately, are keys to fulfilling our own potential and being able to support others to do the same.
Sue has a deep ability to create environments where all these elements, and more, are present, providing space for change to emerge. Her ability to model unconscious patterns and bring them into conscious awareness then offers an opportunity for change, individually and also communally.
Having trained and assisted with Sue for many years – completing my Master Trainer in 2013, it was only recently that it occurred to me to ask if she might work with me in Scotland to share her training here! And I am delighted to be working with Sue to make her unique contribution to NLP more widely available north of the border!
