NLP Intensive in FranceThe heart of NLP in the heart of the French countryside.
VenueEnvironment plays a key part of our learning and in France you have the opportunity to be outdoors or close to it depending on the weather.
Imagine learning the tools and attitudes of excellence in the heart of the French countryside surrounded by rolling hills and morning mist shrouded valleys. France is where my NLP journey has taken me and I would like to share our home with you as you experience the essence of NLP both for yourself and your work. I believe that the environment plays a key part of our learning and in France you have the opportunity to be outdoors or close to it depending on the weather. You have the context of a close knit village community and the clear skies that characterise this part of France. (although not guaranteed!). And to top it all you will be served some of the best local produce for your subsistence and meals during the days. The course is held at Sue’s home in France on the border of the Dordogne and the Charente. I have created a place of space and comfort where you can be truly yourself as you develop your ability to realise your true potential. Intensity can mean immersion in a relaxed way of learning that enables you to accelerate your personal and work success.
And now we get to the heart of NLP—the modelling of excellence. In learning how to model you are learning how to find the resources (which might include beliefs, attitude, emotional state, skills, sense of self and purpose) that you need when and where you want them. And how do you learn to do that? By learning to model yourself and those you admire. In a way modelling is a process of benchmarking excellence particularly the unconscious parts of what truly makes a difference between great and good.
Every one of these courses is a unique journey as each participant works on their own choice of modelling project throughout the whole programme.
If you are not sure what NLP can really do for you this course will provide the answer. And nothing expresses it more eloquently than this:
The great affair, the love affair with life, is to live as variously as possible, to groom one’s curiosity like a high-spirited thoroughbred, climb aboard, and gallop over the thick, sun-struck hills every day. Where there is no risk, the emotional terrain is flat and unyielding, and, despite all its dimensions, valleys, pinnacles, and detours, life will seem to have none of its magnificent geography, only a length. It began in mystery, and it will end in mystery, but what a savage and beautiful country lies in between.
I commit to work with you on this programme in a way that encourages you to live life to the full and to realise your true vocation in all that you do. My approach is associated, experiential and challenging. I work ‘real time’ so that we learn continuously from what is happening in our work and in our lives today and more especially in our interactions and life together at this time. This programme is one of the most innovative applications of NLP in business and life today.
I am your personal tutor throughout the programme. And the numbers are kept to a maximum of 9 so that you get personal supervision and coaching throughout. You will be expected to complete your Master Practitioner project after the programme. The successful completion of this is your realisation of Master Practitioner status.
Book your ticket for this very special journey.
You arrive on the Friday g for a course start at 1000 on the following morning. Subsequent days start at 0930 There will be an hour for lunch each day which will be taken at the house most days and once or twice at the local café where you can experience a typical set course menu. We have to plan these lunches carefully to ensure that we can do some learning in the afternoon! Each day the formal learning closes at 1730 and you return to your local accommodation. We can advise on this and have links with local bed and breakfast places in the nearest village about 3 miles away.
NLP Practitioner: You attend all the days training of the programme. The work in the evening and out of hours is at your own discretion. You can read more background on the topics and practice but the amount you do is your choice. Achievement of practitioner status depends on the standard of your work throughout the programme compared with the course outcomes. You will receive feedback throughout and at the end of the time you will either receive your certificate or a development task to complete after the programme. On successful completion of the task you will then receive your certificate.
NLP Master Practitioner: You attend all the days training and you will be expected to complete a modelling project which you will present at the end of the time in Kerala. After the programme we ask you to write up your project and on acceptance of your project write up you receive your Master Practitioner certification. We have examples of previous successful projects and we will coach you in the choice of your topic. You can expect to do some evening work related to this project some evenings of the course.
NLP Trainer: We will take a few people on for this level as you will work as an apprentice to Sue Knight for this time. Additionally you will demonstrate your ability to live out the NLP principles and to teach the concept to others on the course. You will receive a set of standards by which you and we can measure your progress and your ultimate success. If you have not produced a modelling project on any previous NLP training that you have done then you will be expected to do this as well. When you demonstrate that you are training to this standard throughout the programme and subsequently you will receive NLP Trainer certification. This will allow you to certify others as Practitioners and Master Practitioners authorised by Sue Knight Consulting and approved by ANLP. You can expect to be working intensively throughout all of your time at the resort.
